What to export before a completion assessment
A short checklist of fields from your field-service app that make a Worker Canvas Hub assessment useful — and what you can leave out.
Before a Field Task Completion Assessment, we ask for a 30–90 day export from the field-service app you already use. Fancy dashboards are optional. A tidy spreadsheet with the right columns is enough.
Fields that help
- Job type or work code
- Scheduled window and actual arrive / leave times if captured
- Close status and any reopen or revisit flag
- District, depot, or postcode
- Parts hold or customer delay notes when those fields exist
What you can skip
Payroll hours, GPS breadcrumbs for every second of travel, and customer phone numbers are not required for our findings brief. Remove personal identifiers before you send the file. We will confirm receipt from the Johor Bahru office and schedule shadow days only after your ops contact approves the route list.
