Refunds, cancellations & deposits
These rules apply to professional engagements with Worker Canvas Hub. They do not cover products we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to fees paid for assessments, crew closeout briefings, route completion studies, and supervisor reporting clinics. Website browsing is free; no purchase is completed online.
Timeframe to request
Write to info@workercanvashub.digital within 14 days of the event that triggers your request (cancellation, material delay caused by us, or documented failure to deliver the agreed brief).
Full refunds
A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a mutually acceptable new date within 30 days, or if we have not started work and you cancel more than 10 business days before the first scheduled shadow day or session.
Partial refunds
If work has begun — for example ticket analysis started or one shadow day completed — we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the quoted day rate stated in your statement of work. Deposits may be retained to cover preparation already performed.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party room hire booked at your request
- Printed materials already produced for a confirmed briefing date
- Travel costs already incurred with your written approval
Deposits
Assessment deposits reserve calendar time. If you cancel between 10 and 5 business days before kickoff, 50% of the deposit may be retained. Cancellations inside 5 business days generally forfeit the deposit unless we rebook another client into the same slot.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee when you give at least 7 business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a fee reflecting staff reallocation. We will propose new dates from Johor Bahru availability.
No-shows
If your nominated contacts fail to attend a confirmed briefing or clinic without 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is due in full. We may offer a paid redo at a reduced rate at our discretion.
Work already started
Findings work already drafted remains billable. You still receive materials produced to date unless confidentiality requires destruction after settlement.
Refund method & processing time
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days after written approval. Bank transfers inside Malaysia are preferred for invoice settlements.
