Privacy notice

This notice explains how Worker Canvas Hub handles personal data as a data controller for website enquiries and client engagements in Malaysia.

Data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, message content, and any optional fields such as engagement interest or crew size. During engagements we may process business contact details of your staff and anonymised or pseudonymised ticket data you supply.

Purposes

  • Responding to quotes and questions
  • Delivering contracted assessments and briefings
  • Maintaining financial records required by law
  • Improving site reliability when analytics cookies are accepted

Legal bases

We process enquiry data based on your request to take steps toward a contract, and legitimate interests in operating a professional practice. Engagement data is processed to perform the contract and meet accounting duties.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Contract and invoice records are kept for at least seven years as required for Malaysian business records. Ticket exports are deleted or returned according to the statement of work, typically within 90 days after final delivery unless you ask us to retain them longer for a follow-up.

Your rights

Subject to Malaysian personal data law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact info@workercanvashub.digital to exercise these rights.

International transfers

Our primary storage and staff are in Malaysia. If a processor outside Malaysia is used (for example email hosting), we take reasonable steps to protect personal data through contractual safeguards and provider review.
