Workforce task completion work varies with how many technicians you run, how many depots you open, and whether we shadow live routes. Exact prices appear on your quote. Nothing on this page is a subscription.

What changes the quote
- Extra shadow days beyond the standard assessment plan
- Travel outside southern Malaysia corridors
- Exports that need heavy cleaning before analysis
- Same-week scheduling when our calendar is already full
Deposits and invoicing
Assessments usually ask for a 40% deposit to reserve shadow days, with the balance due on delivery of the findings brief. Briefings and clinics are invoiced in full before the session date. Route studies invoice 50% on kickoff and 50% on memo delivery.
