These terms apply to the website workercanvashub.digital and to professional services contracted with Worker Canvas Hub.

By browsing this site or signing a quote with Worker Canvas Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Pages describing assessments, briefings, route studies, and clinics are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work. Prices shown as guidance are not offers until confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of ticket exports you provide, for permissions required for shadow days, and for decisions you take after receiving a findings brief. We do not operate your field-service app or employ your technicians.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and our written deliverables remain the intellectual property of Worker Canvas Hub unless a statement of work assigns specific materials. You may use delivered briefs internally for your operations. You may not resell our materials or republish them as your own advisory product.
Confidentiality
We treat ticket exports and depot observations as confidential and limit access to staff assigned to your engagement. You agree not to share our unpublished methods documents beyond people who need them for your operations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Worker Canvas Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from operational decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
